Mama & Baby Singing is for mothers and babies. Designed as a space for you to be with other mothers together to share your experiences and to sing songs that are grounding, nourishing and fun. Singing greatly increases oxytocin and endorphins in the body and also helps to repair diastasis recti and the pelvic floor.
You do not need to be a singer or have any singing experience. The exercise are simple and meditative, the songs are in comfortable ranges for all to enjoy.
