Healing Songs

Traditionally, music was medicine. In this session we discuss the history of healing music and how songs are continually being used to heal. Exploring music and traditions from across the globe, these songs will allow your voice to open and connect deeply to the power that is within you.

Reclaiming the Drum

Explore sacred drumming and singing from the ancient civilizations from the Middle East to the Mediterranean. The role of the drummer belonged to the women. In this session, you will learn more about the role of the drum and begin to reclaim the sacred rhythm of yourself and your voice. If you have your own drum, please have it at your side!

Mantras of the Goddesses

With special guest, Christina Lobe

The beloved Anusara yoga teacher, Christina Lobe, will take us on an in-depth journey that explores the mantras of the goddesses. We will learn about each of the goddesses and then sing these potent mantras to feel the essence of each ancient goddess.

Lullabies

The lullaby is a song written to soothe. It is an one of our only continual oral traditions. Learn about what lullabies from all cultures share and experience the soothing nature of a diverse collection of lullabies from all around the world.

Join the Series

Your voice is sacred. Songs are sacred. Our lives are stories that have been woven for thousands of years. With these sessions, I am combining my incessant desire of knowledge about humanity, the voice and being to create a truly unique series that makes learning fun and experiential. In these sessions, you will explore your voice, body and breath and connect deeply to the ancient knowledge that is in your bones. I look forward to having you for this unique experience!
