On Saturday, we will begin with a Linden Tea Ceremony to connect to the heart-opening, peaceful medicine of the Linden Tree. Our opening ceremony unfolds into deep grounding and together we will create a vocal sound bath with our connected and released voices. Breath meditation, circle work and healing songs calm our nervous system and guide us in arriving to meet ourselves in the magical Rolling Tiger Studio.

Sunday is a day of exploration. With nature’s four elements (earth, water, fire and air) as our guides we will explore the limitless possibilities that are within our voices. I safely guide you into your depths, through the strength of the vocal middle ground to the heights of your high resonators. It is empowering, nourishing, releasing and always surprising. Healing songs, mantras, poetry and writing are interwoven throughout our time together. Through these moments you deepen your resonance with yourself, with others and your relationship with the world.
